Roco Kingdom’s three first partners

The first-partner spotlight names Cerulla, Sparka, and Meevy. Use the first-partner announcement and developer website for the global names. Some community guides use “Meevy”; this article follows the spotlight spelling, Meevy.

There is no verified universal best starter for the upcoming global beta. The common early-game comparisons below come from a community starter guide and CN-version player experience. They are recommendations to test, not an official ranking or a measured global-beta performance result.

Partner Element described by the community guide Reported playstyle
Sparka Fire Aggressive early-game damage
Meevy Grass Sustain and longer fights
Cerulla Water Defensive play and survivability

Which starter should you try?

Try Sparka if you prefer a direct offensive opening, Meevy if you enjoy recovery and sustained battles, or Cerulla if a defensive approach sounds more comfortable. Those are playstyle suggestions based on the community guide, not guarantees that one partner clears every encounter faster or survives every matchup.

The official Steam description confirms an 18-class combat system and PvP with equalized Jini levels. Your eventual team, skills, and matchups matter as well as the first partner. Do not infer an exact global skill, passive, evolution level, or damage value from a roughly translated CN guide.

Can you get the other starters later?

The community guide reports catching unchosen starters in friends’ worlds and finding additional starters later. This is a reported route, not a developer guarantee for every global build. Check the actual beta’s capture and co-op rules before treating any fruit, spawning method, location, or unlock step as confirmed.

Picking the design you like is reasonable while the global balance is still being tested. There is no need to present a speculative best-in-slot ranking as a permanent commitment.

Beta timing and progression

The Quack Quack closed beta starts October 27, 2026, at 04:30 UTC for selected testers using the approved Level Infinite account. The full global release date is still unannounced. Q19 of the official FAQ confirms that test characters, data, and progress will be wiped at the end, so the choice made in this beta is not retained as launch progress.
